Mercier Consultancy MD presents a role for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives supporting a client in the iGaming industry. In this position, you will provide essential customer support, assisting users with their inquiries and issues in German to ensure a seamless gaming experience. The role offers the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries regarding gaming services, promotions, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in German.
- Provide detailed information on games, betting options, and platform functionalities.
- Assist customers with account verification, payment processing, and troubleshooting issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently, striving for maximum satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with other teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product updates to assist customers effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Native or fluent proficiency in German, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to high-quality service.

Work Mode
