Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a German Speaking Customer Service representative to join a banking client's team. In this remote role based in Greece, you will provide exceptional service and support to German-speaking banking clients.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries related to banking products and services.
- Assist customers with account management, transaction inquiries, and product explanations.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Stay up to date on banking regulations, product offerings, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for compliance and service improvement.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Support clients during the onboarding process and answer questions related to banking procedures.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with banking products, services, and industry regulations.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- A customer-centric mindset and commitment to providing high-quality service.
