Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a German Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia. You will provide dedicated back office support for gaming-related inquiries from German-speaking customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and assistance.
What You'll Do
- Provide back office support for gaming-related inquiries from German-speaking customers through multiple communication channels.
- Collaborate with various teams to resolve customer issues effectively and promptly.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain internal records to ensure consistency and quality.
- Proactively identify and recommend improvements in operational processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay knowledgeable about gaming products, industry trends, and regulations to provide informed support.
- Engage in continuous training to develop your expertise within the gaming support field.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in German (both oral and written).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a commitment to superior customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications.
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria, and immerse yourself in the local culture.
