Droppe is hiring a German Native Senior/Lead Designer to own the complete product design function for our European workwear e-commerce marketplace. You will be the primary designer, responsible for designing new features, improving user flows, and optimizing the full customer journey. You will work closely with product engineering, growth, and customer teams to translate user needs and business goals into excellent digital experiences.

What You'll Do

Design new features from scratch.

Lead the design of products to scale and grow with the platform.

What We're Looking For

Proven track record in top-performing e-commerce & CRO.
Strong UI design experience and a good grasp of modern design patterns.
Extensive experience in UX research and UX fundamentals.
Proven track record in self-built AI workflows & proactive hunger for learning the latest tech.
Exposure to large-scale e-commerce or marketplaces, especially Prosumer / B2B.
Experience in Figma & scaling larger design systems.
Good eye for design, cares deeply about excellent UX, and has projects to back this up.
Required to be a native German speaker.
Required to be located within the boundaries of Europe.
Minimum 4 years in UI/UX and/or product design, with minimum 2 years in e-commerce / CRO.

Nice to Have

Skills in GA4 and exploring e-commerce data.
Experience in fashion e-commerce or top-conversion-rate-performing e-commerce brands.
Knowledge of multiple European languages (esp. SE, FI).
