Alcoma Consulting is hiring a Geopolitical Consultant to analyze global political developments and their implications for international relations and policy-making. In this role, you will leverage a strong understanding of current geopolitical dynamics to provide insights for global energy markets and trade.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of geopolitical trends and events affecting international relations.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on current events, trends, and forecasts.
- Monitor and report on key geopolitical issues, including conflicts, treaties, and economic policies affecting energy and trade.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders based on thorough research and evidence-based insights.
- Collaborate with team members to produce high-quality reports and presentations for clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor analyses accordingly.
- Support policy development initiatives through the provision of relevant geopolitical context and analysis.
- Contribute to the development of internal knowledge resources and best practices related to geopolitical analysis.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in geopolitical analysis or international affairs.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying insights effectively.
- Proficiency in research methodologies and analytical tools relevant to geopolitical studies.
- Familiarity with current global political issues and trends.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
