Lightly AG is hiring a Generative AI Data | Human Expert for a flexible freelance position. You will play a hands-on role in AI development by evaluating outputs, creating data, and testing applications, providing a valuable experience for students and experts alike.
What You'll Do
- Review multimodal AI outputs for quality and adherence to simple guidelines.
- Judge clarity, tone, and contextual relevance of generated content.
- Identify issues, gaps, and note straightforward improvements.
- Label or create small example data sets as needed.
- Test basic workflows or tools and share concise feedback.
- Maintain clean records, follow instructions, and meet timelines.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent proficiency in English.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to apply guidelines consistently.
- Comfort using AI tools and basic prompting techniques.
- Hold a valid work permit for Switzerland.
Nice to Have
- Fluency in one or more languages beyond English.
- Interest or experience in technical, business, creative, or educational topics.
