Lightly AG is looking for Freelance Law Experts to help build training data for our AI systems. In this role, you will create detailed tasks that mirror real-world legal workflows, providing the expert analysis and justification needed to train advanced models.
What You'll Do
- Create tasks that replicate end-to-end law workflows.
- Create or acquire any necessary data required for the workflow.
- Design tasks and decision points within each workflow.
- Provide the solution to each decision point, accompanied by a justification for that solution.
What We're Looking For
- Have at least 2-3 years of recent experience working at top law firms, ideally with expertise in U.S. law.
- Are fluent in English (requirement).
- Have strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Communicate clearly and precisely.
Nice to Have
- Professional experience with Law software.
- Professional experience with AI tools.
