What You'll Do
In this remote, part-time role, you’ll support the refinement of generative artificial intelligence systems by completing targeted tasks tied to language model development. Your contributions will help shape how AI understands, generates, and evaluates text.
- Assess the quality and relevance of AI-generated responses using defined criteria
- Label and categorize text elements to improve model accuracy
- Create and refine prompts that guide AI output
- Summarize, rewrite, or rephrase content to meet clarity and style standards
- Compare and rank responses based on performance or preference
- Identify specific content types, such as branded material or specific topics
- Transcribe audio into written form or translate text between languages
- Generate new training examples by modifying existing data
- Classify and tag data to support machine learning workflows
Requirements
You must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher and demonstrate professional-level English proficiency (C1/C2 or equivalent). You must also be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application. Advanced degrees such as a Master’s or PhD are highly valued and may enhance eligibility.

Compensation
This hourly position pays $15.00 USD per hour, with rates subject to adjustment based on expertise, education, and task complexity. Work is conducted on a project-assignment basis with no guaranteed ongoing hours.
