What You'll Do
Lead the development of a foundational 3D generative model from research to production, shaping how AI interprets and constructs three-dimensional content. Design and train large-scale architectures using diffusion, flow matching, and multi-modal learning techniques, with a focus on improving speed, fidelity, and user control.
Translate experimental models into deployed systems that serve millions of creators. Use real-world feedback to refine training pipelines and model behavior, ensuring research breakthroughs deliver tangible value. Develop novel network designs that push the limits of what 3D generation can achieve.
Work closely with infrastructure teams to build scalable data and training workflows across GPU clusters and cloud environments. Promote rigorous engineering practices—clean code, reproducible results, and collaborative development—within a fast-moving research setting. Share findings through internal demonstrations, technical documentation, or open-source releases to advance the broader field.
Requirements
Demonstrate strong programming expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks, particularly PyTorch, with the ability to transition smoothly between prototyping and production. Understand modern generative models including Transformers, diffusion processes, flow matching, and VAEs. Possess a deep curiosity about multi-modal AI and an intuitive grasp of how models represent and generate 3D environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale training systems such as SLURM, Ray, or Kubernetes.
