WSH Group is looking for a General Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on providing genuine hospitality and impeccable service in a food service environment. You will work 5 days out of 7, including weekends, particularly during the summer period, and play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What You'll Do
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure guests’ needs and requests are efficiently and effectively addressed.
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests’ needs throughout their journey.
- Answer questions and address any concerns or issues in a friendly manner.
- Collaborate with all colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- Support and contribute to creating an inclusive and safe working environment.
- Comply with health and safety regulations and specific food service guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Support other units during quieter periods.
