Unit8 SA, a Swiss AI and data analytics consulting firm, is seeking a GenAI Technical Lead for a role based in Kraków, Wrocław, or Warsaw, Poland. This is a Technical Lead role for GenAI projects, involving leading the design, development, and deployment of GenAI solutions for major European clients across traditional industries like automotive, chemical, financial services, manufacturing, and pharma.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of GenAI solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance on GenAI projects.
- Ensure solutions are built with a commitment to responsible AI, focusing on trust and ethics.

What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a technical leadership role.
- Strong background in designing, developing, and deploying AI/GenAI solutions.
- Experience working with clients in traditional industries (e.g., automotive, chemical, financial services, manufacturing, pharma).
- A commitment to responsible AI practices, ethics, and trust.
- Ability to lead projects and teams effectively.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Willingness to work from one of our Polish offices (Kraków, Wrocław, or Warsaw).
