About the Role

Capgemini is seeking a Generative AI Specialist to transform legacy systems. You will analyze Assembler-based Annuity and Supplementary Contract Systems using GenAI tools to extract, interpret, and document the business logic for modernization projects.

What You'll Do

  • Apply GenAI/LLM models to interpret Assembler code and extract embedded business logic.
  • Build prompt templates, RAG pipelines, or fine-tuned models for accurate rule identification.
  • Analyze Assembler modules, macros, and data structures to support rule extraction.
  • Convert extracted logic into readable business rule documents, decision tables, and pseudo code.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and teams to validate and showcase deliverables.
  • Ensure quality and traceability of generated documents with the original Assembler code.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience applying Generative AI models to interpret legacy or low-level code.
  • Ability to analyze and understand Assembler code, including modules and data structures.
  • Experience building technical assets like RAG pipelines or fine-tuned models.
  • Skill in creating clear documentation such as business rules, decision tables, and pseudo code.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with analysts and teams to validate results.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and traceability.
