SciPlay Games, LLC is looking for a Gameplay Analyst to partner with leadership and provide actionable data insights for our social, casual, and mobile games. You will be the analytical engine behind optimizing key performance indicators across our portfolio.

What You'll Do

Maintain and refine an analytic framework for optimizing KPIs across SciPlay’s social desktop and mobile assets.
Work with developers across locations to ensure proper reporting of all necessary data.
Produce business cases and analysis for features, live operations, and other strategic initiatives.
Provide ad hoc business intelligence and financial analysis support for any SciPlay business unit.
Extract data from SciPlay databases for analysis and train new hires in database schemas and query languages.
Create and maintain predictive analysis for product roadmaps, goal setting, and post-release evaluation.
Design statistically rigorous A/B tests to improve key metrics.
Act as a subject matter expert for proper metric design and mathematical soundness.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.
1-2 years of professional experience in analytics, statistics, or engineering.
Proficiency in SQL/HQL/MySQL and experience with Tableau.
Strong skills in Excel and a solid understanding of relational databases.
Demonstrated critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
Experience presenting data in a group setting and communicating complex ideas clearly.
The ability to work with little direction and be self-directed.

Nice to Have

A general understanding of programming concepts and methodology.
Experience with Agile or Scrum software development.
