Activision is looking for a Senior Game Designer to define what makes Farm Heroes Saga unique and exciting. You will create and iterate on meaningful experiences outside the core gameplay loop, balancing gameplay features with meta layers for depth and player connection.
What You'll Do
- Design engaging features and meta systems that enhance player progression, reward meaningful engagement, and provide long-term motivation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and analysts to align designs with player needs and business goals.
- Iterate on designs based on player feedback and data analytics to ensure they resonate with the target audience.
- Champion creativity and innovation by exploring new ideas and trends in the gaming industry to keep the game fresh and competitive.
- Document and communicate designs effectively with clear and detailed documentation to guide development and ensure team alignment.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a senior game designer, with a focus on designing features and meta systems for mobile games or other consumer-facing products.
- Deep understanding of player motivations and behaviors, with the ability to translate these insights into engaging designs.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform and iterate on design decisions.
- Proficiency in creating detailed design documentation, wireframes, and user flows.
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for gaming and a strong knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
