GAIN is looking for a proactive and organized UGC Sourcing Specialist to join our network of freelance collaborators. In this project-based role, you will support creative teams by identifying, vetting, and managing content creators aligned with client campaign goals.
What You'll Do
- Identify and source UGC creators that align with brand goals and target audiences.
- Interpret briefs to cast the right talent per project, ensuring diversity, performance potential, and authenticity.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in UGC, platforms, and creator communities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a pool of reliable creators.
- Communicate effectively with creators regarding briefs, deliverables, and feedback.
- Act as a liaison between creators and internal teams to ensure expectations are aligned.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in creator sourcing, influencer marketing, talent casting, or community management.
- Strong understanding of UGC trends and creator economies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented—you know how to keep pipelines moving and data clean.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable using tools like Notion, Airtable, Monday.com, and/or CRM platforms to manage workflow.
- A collaborative, can-do attitude with a passion for great content and performance-driven marketing.
