StackAdapt is hiring a Fullstack Engineer for our Internal Tools team. You will build scalable and intuitive admin tools that empower our clients and internal teams, including Operations, Revenue, and Partnerships. In this role, you will design, build, and debug complex distributed systems across the full stack, collaborating cross-functionally to drive broad impact.
What You'll Do
- Write clean, modular, extensible, and well-tested code that supports long-term maintainability and scalability.
- Design, build, and debug complex distributed systems across the full stack.
- Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks on both the frontend and backend.
- Participate in technical planning and drive architectural decision-making.
- Collaborate with engineers to design scalable, well-tested, and well-documented web architecture, including APIs and backend systems.
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive and polished user experiences.
- Own projects end-to-end from planning and design through implementation, launch, and ongoing maintenance.
- Contribute to a culture of high engineering standards through code reviews and technical design reviews.
- Stay informed on the latest standards and best practices to keep our tech stack up to date.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience building web applications or integrations with outstanding UX.
- Experience collaborating closely with Product & Design to design, implement, and iterate on high-impact, end-to-end product experiences.
- Experience working with relational databases.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of our full-stack technologies is highly preferred: React, Redux, Javascript, Typescript, REST, GraphQL, Ruby on Rails.
- Experience with the AdTech industry is a plus.
- Experience with building Internal Tools is a plus.
