Elara is hiring a Fullstack Developer (m/f/d)

International Plaza is hiring a Fullstack Developer (m/f/d) to join our team in Berlin. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing our SaaS application, contributing to both frontend and backend to create reliable, scalable, and intuitive experiences. You will work closely in a small, dynamic team to deliver features end-to-end.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across frontend and backend
• Build and evolve user-facing interfaces, backend services, and data models
• Collaborate closely with Operations to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability across the entire application stack
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
• Take ownership of features from concept through deployment and production support
• Develop solutions with a strong customer and operational focus

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React, Next.js) and backend technologies (e.g. Node.js or similar)
• Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling
• Experience working across the full software development lifecycle
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and basic DevOps practices
• Prior experience with scalable SaaS or B2B products
• Interest in or contributions to open-source projects
• Strong sense of ownership and curiosity to explore new technologies
• Openness to feedback and a continuous learning attitude
