Join Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. as a Salesforce Developer. You will deliver new Cloud-based solutions by designing, developing, and deploying large-scale enterprise systems, working closely with project teams and sophisticated customers.

What You'll Do

Own the implementation of standard configurations, custom development, and data migration for Salesforce projects.
Lead deployment strategies as defined by our architectural layer, including Source Code Management and Deployment Standards.
Apply troubleshooting strategies to identify and resolve implementational issues.
Work in an agile and collaborative environment, following our Professional Services Methodology.
Work remotely while collaborating with global teams for delivery across geographies.
Collaborate and act as a Team Lead for multiple projects, serving as a technical reference for the implementation team.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of development experience on the Salesforce.com platform.
Experience with agile methodologies.
Algorithm-oriented and logical mentality.
Knowledge of Javascript and Front-end design (HTML and CSS).
Experience in Programmatic (Apex, LWC, Javascript) and Declarative (Low code) Salesforce development.
Experience in Salesforce deployment practices and strategies.
Experience delivering projects using Salesforce Communications Cloud technology.
Experience with GitHub and branches manipulation.
Salesforce Administrator Certification.
Salesforce App Builder Certification.
Intermediate English speaker.
