Skydropx is looking for a Fullstack Developer to join our sustainment team. This role focuses on advanced technical support (N3) and production system stability, requiring deep analysis and resolution of complex issues across our full technology stack.

What You'll Do

Act in advanced technical support (N3), analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving complex problems in web applications, .NET APIs, integrations, and frontend.
Investigate critical incidents, perform advanced troubleshooting, and propose definitive fixes to ensure platform stability.
Perform production system sustainment: monitoring, log analysis, performance and application behavior analysis.
Collaborate with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Data teams to reproduce scenarios, validate hypotheses, and implement fixes or improvements.
Develop adjustments, hotfixes, and improvements in backend (.NET / SQL Server) and frontend (React Native, Vue.js in MVC).
Analyze, optimize, and maintain stored procedures, views, and SQL queries related to performance, incidents, and integrations.
Support Product and Engineering in technical triage, providing insights on impact and feasibility.
Ensure technical quality with best practices, code review, unit tests, and documentation.
Create and evolve documentation, incident playbooks, runbooks, and sustainment procedures.
Contribute to architecture evolution, identifying failures, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
Act as a technical reference for N1/N2 support, guiding and transferring knowledge.

What We're Looking For

Solid experience in advanced technical support (N3/SRE), acting in the analysis and resolution of complex incidents.
Mastery of ASP.NET MVC, Web API and .NET Core for maintenance, fixes and evolution of services.
Advanced knowledge in SQL Server: query optimization, creation of stored procedures/views, performance analysis (locks, deadlocks, indexes, execution plans).
Experience with modern frontend: React Native (adjustments/fixes) and Vue.js integrated with ASP.NET MVC, plus mastery of JavaScript ES6+ and TypeScript.
Experience with REST APIs: interception, error handling, logs, authentication and use of Swagger (contract-first).
Strong troubleshooting skills: analysis of logs, stacktraces, profiling and reproduction of complex scenarios.
Knowledge in observability and monitoring (Elastic/Kibana, Grafana, metrics and logs).
Experience with frontend performance (re-render, memoization, lists), backend (.NET profiling, GC), and database (indexing, tuning).
Experience with tracing and error analysis tools (Sentry, DataDog, New Relic, AppInsights).
Experience with microfrontends, modularization and domain separation.
Use of Git, CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
Ability to create technical documentation, runbooks and incident playbooks.
Contribution to resilience, incident reduction and continuous platform improvements.
Good technical communication and collaboration with squads, infrastructure, product and N1/N2 levels.
