KoBold Metals is seeking a Full Time Senior AI Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI models and solutions that are central to our strategy. This role is fully remote and open to candidates in the Philippines.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and optimize advanced AI models to solve complex business and technical challenges.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify AI opportunities and deliver impactful solutions.
Conduct in-depth research on emerging AI technologies and industry trends to maintain technical leadership.
Perform rigorous code reviews and provide constructive feedback to AI developers.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to skill development across the AI team.
Make informed decisions on AI model selection, data strategy, and implementation frameworks.
Clearly communicate technical decisions, progress updates, and key findings to stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

5+ years in AI/ML development, including deep learning, model deployment, and large-scale data processing.
Leadership or mentorship experience is required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong skills in model evaluation, optimization, feature engineering, and dimensionality reduction.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, GPT, and neural networks.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Self-starter with high attention to detail.

Nice to Have

Experience with cloud AI platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Experience scaling AI models to production environments.
AI-related publications or patents.
