Paired is looking for a Full Time Ads Creative Manager to lead creative output for performance-driven advertising. In this US-based remote role, you will manage a team of video editors, develop creative strategies for DTC physical products, and ensure all content is optimized for measurable performance.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a team of three video editors to deliver high-performing ad creatives.
- Develop creative strategies, angles, and concepts for video ads tailored to DTC physical products.
- Direct and oversee UGC content, scripting, editing, and creative testing at a fast pace.
- Create and edit video ad content when necessary.
- Monitor performance metrics such as CTR, hook/hold rates, and CVR to inform creative decisions.
- Serve as the main communication bridge with Bryan and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all content meets platform compliance and brand guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proven experience managing a creative team.
- Strong hands-on video editing skills.
- A track record in ad creation, creative strategy, and performance optimization.
- Background in DTC performance creative for physical products on Meta (FB/IG).
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with tools like CapCut and ClickUp.
- Experience in categories such as Home & Living, Beauty/Fashion, Pets, and Fitness.
- Ability to work in overlap with Canadian time.
