Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking a Full-stack Web Engineer to drive the design, development, and optimization of our consumer-facing web applications. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your technical expertise and creativity directly influence product performance and user experience.

What You'll Do

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of new features and enhancements for web applications.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using modern web technologies.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
Conduct code reviews and champion front-end best practices including responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
Drive continuous improvement in performance, scalability, and maintainability of applications.
Implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and maintenance.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of professional experience in front-end web development.
Expert-level proficiency with Angular and a solid understanding of Angular Store patterns for state management.
Experience with Node.js and reactive programming concepts such as RXJS.
Familiarity with NX and/or Monorepo setups.
Strong understanding of unit testing and the Angular Testing Framework.
Ability to work effectively in a high-velocity, collaborative, agile team.
Openness to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies.

Nice to Have

Experience with Java and Spring Boot microservices.
