Kontera GmbH is hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to build and improve our product from the ground up. You will join a small, engineering-focused startup founded and led by techies, working to revolutionize the accounting industry.
What You'll Do
- Implement new functionality and features from specification to release.
- Take a holistic approach to feature implementation, including integrating user feedback.
- Prioritize improving Kontera as a product long-term through continuous refactoring.
- Participate in code reviews under the four-eyes principle.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's degree in Software Engineering or comparable qualification.
- Openness to new technologies balanced with an understanding of stable, proven frameworks.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in both German and English.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of accounting and finance.
- Several years of experience with one or more technologies from our stack.
