CoLab Software is looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to join our Build Engineering Reviews team. This is a front-end heavy role focused on the structure and organization of CoLab’s core assets. You will build the foundational framework and layout design, creating fast, intuitive UI experiences on top of complex and varied data models.
What You'll Do
- Own front-end architecture and implementation for asset organization and interaction
- Contribute to technical decisions that shape the future of CoLab’s core asset management
- Improve performance and reliability of large file rendering workflows
- Build and iterate on the UX representations of Assembly Structure and BOM data trees
- Develop new engineering review capabilities within CoLab (e.g., simulations, ECAD)
- Respond to high-impact feature requests with pragmatic, well-structured solutions
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong front-end focus
- Deep experience with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React)
- Strong understanding of rendering performance, state management, and complex UI systems
- Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining complex relational data models
- Experience collaborating in cross-functional product teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with CAD file formats or engineering software
- Experience optimizing high-performance browser applications
