A Senior Full Stack Engineer is needed to lead frontend architecture using React and Next.js while contributing to backend development in Golang. The role involves shaping the technical direction of an AI-native financial services platform through close collaboration with product and design teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of frontend architecture and user experience, taking full ownership of React and Next.js interfaces with a focus on performance, usability, and scalability.
- Integrate seamlessly with backend systems and actively contribute to the development of Golang-based APIs, not just consume them.
- Work closely with product and design teams to influence user experience decisions beyond mere implementation.
- Drive key technical decisions around system architecture, reliability, performance strategy, and engineering best practices.
- Produce clean, maintainable, and well-structured code while ensuring high standards through rigorous code reviews.
- Amplify team effectiveness by mentoring engineers, resolving technical blockers, and setting a high technical benchmark.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years of professional experience building and shipping production web applications.
- Deep expertise in frontend technologies, including mastery of React and Next.js, with advanced knowledge of streaming, modern rendering approaches, and state management strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to architect high-performance, scalable frontend systems with clear design intent.
- Solid backend development skills, preferably in Golang, with strong fluency in API design principles.
- Comprehensive understanding of frontend performance optimization, including caching, hydration, code splitting, bundling, deployment strategies, and tradeoffs between developer and user experience.
- Strong product and architectural judgment, with a focus on building the right solutions, not just technically correct ones.

- Experience in AI, fintech, or data-heavy product domains.
- Background in developing design systems, frontend platforms, or reusable architectural patterns.
- Familiarity with edge rendering, observability tools, or event-driven systems.
