What You'll Do
- Take full ownership of products from initial idea through to launch and scaling—no fragmented tasks or isolated tickets
- Develop across the full stack using React, Node.js, React Native, Temporal, PlanetScale, and AWS, with TypeScript unifying the codebase
- Collaborate directly with company founders, designers, and customers to shape product direction and solve real-world problems
- Integrate AI-powered development tools into your daily workflow to accelerate output and improve iteration speed
- Make impactful technical and product decisions that drive customer value and business growth
- Work quickly without sacrificing code quality, embracing fast feedback loops from live users
- Support cross-functional initiatives across marketplace and revenue cycle management systems
Requirements
- Proven ability to build and ship full-stack applications, with strong command of React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Demonstrated experience using AI coding assistants like Claude Code or Cursor as core tools in your development process
- Track record of delivering complete products or major features from concept to production
- Self-driven mindset—you identify issues and resolve them without waiting for direction
- Thrives in rapid, iterative environments where speed and precision go hand in hand
- Committed to clean, maintainable code even under tight timelines
- Comfortable navigating uncertainty and evolving priorities in a growing startup

Work Environment
This is an onsite role based in Amsterdam. You'll work in person as part of a tightly coordinated engineering team, enabling real-time collaboration and rapid decision-making. Remote work is not permitted for this position.
