About the Role
The role involves developing scalable product features from concept to deployment, ensuring alignment with user needs and system reliability through close collaboration with design and product teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement full-stack features for customer-facing applications
- Collaborate with product managers to define feature requirements
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality
- Diagnose and fix bugs across frontend and backend systems
- Optimize application performance and scalability
- Work with designers to translate mockups into functional interfaces
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure application security and data privacy standards
- Support the operations team during production incidents
- Contribute to architectural discussions and system design
- Integrate third-party services and APIs
- Monitor system health and respond to alerts
- Document technical implementations and processes
- Stay current with evolving technology and best practices
- Improve frontend user experience through iterative development
- Build backend services with a focus on reliability
- Participate in agile planning and sprint reviews
- Help define engineering standards and best practices
- Mentor junior engineers when needed
