Jobgether is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join a dynamic, fast-moving team where your work directly impacts thousands of users in the DeFi ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team to take ideas from concept through design, development, and launch, influencing both frontend and backend systems.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with the product team to conceptualize new DeFi primitives, vault strategies, staking solutions, and other innovative features.
- Develop and ship end-to-end features, handling both frontend and backend responsibilities, deploying to production, and monitoring performance.
- Maintain and improve code quality through active coding, peer code reviews, and strong testing standards.
- Integrate with ecosystem partners and leading Solana protocols, testing new features and ensuring smooth collaboration.
- Translate complex technical concepts for different audiences and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Take ownership of projects, driving them to completion while adapting to changing priorities.
