Deel is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join a cross-functional team developing our Nextgen product suite. You'll be part of the full software development lifecycle, building robust features and APIs with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

Be a part of a truly cross-functional team with Frontend, Back-End and Full-Stack Engineers, Product Teams, Designers and QA’s.
Participate in product planning from discovery all the way to deployment.
Collaborate with teams to develop robust new features, APIs, continuously improve products, and find and fix bugs.
Ensure customers receive a white-glove experience with our products.
Keep Information Security, Customer Excellence, Self-Development and Cost Savings top of mind.
Learn and be adaptable to new ways of working, including learning Vue.js to become a Full-Stack Engineer.

What We're Looking For

Expert knowledge of the latest versions of C#/.NET, .NET Core and Entity Framework.
Expert at applying SOLID Principles.
Expert knowledge of MS-SQL databases.
Firm understanding of Azure DevOps or ability to learn similar tools quickly.
Ability to create RESTful APIs with ease.
Have worked on the front-end before and are willing to learn Vue.js at a production level.
At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer.
Excel in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using Microsoft technologies.
Thrive in a collaborative, remote-first work culture.

Communicate complex ideas with ease and collaborate with diverse teams of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Experience working with Vue.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Have worked with memory caching tools like Redis.
Have built and worked with Microservices.
Have NoSQL experience.
Have knowledge of the dynamic world of FinTech.
