This role combines theoretical phases at DHBW Stuttgart with practical phases within Breuninger's IT department, focusing on the connection between business and technology in a modern, agile, and appreciative company culture.
What You'll Do
- Learn software development and application management during practical phases.
- Gain experience in areas like Change & Release Management, ITSM, Client Management, and Help Desk.
- Learn System Administration, Application System Administration, and Database Administration.
- Support IT strategy development based on company goals.
- Acquire knowledge in system technology, programming, and application technology.
- Participate in regular training sessions for personal and professional development.
What We're Looking For
- General higher education entrance qualification (Allgemeine Hochschulreife).
- Good mathematical knowledge.
- Performance-oriented work ethic, self-motivation, and self-directed learning ability.
- Pronounced interest in IT processes.
- Strengths in networked and analytical thinking, flexibility, and resilience.
