Aurora Group is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and evolve the high-performance, secure, and scalable systems that power our core platform. You will work across the entire stack, from user-facing interfaces built with Next.js to backend services and third-party integrations.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain both front-end and back-end features using Next.js, NestJS, TypeORM, and PostgreSQL.
- Integrate with third-party APIs, including Meta and Google.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Account Management teams to design and deliver new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot, improve performance, and ensure system reliability and stability.
- Apply strong security standards, especially around sensitive data such as payments and advertising metrics.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering for modern web applications.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Next.js (portfolio or code samples required).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with NestJS (portfolio or code samples required).
- 3+ years of experience with Node.js.
- 1+ years of experience with TypeORM and PostgreSQL.
- Comfortable working across both frontend and backend systems.
- Strong written and spoken English.
Nice to Have
- Experience in AdTech, FinTech, or consumer-facing SaaS.
- Passion for building high-performance, production-grade products.
- A habit of writing clean, scalable, and efficient code.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $29,000–$45,000 USD
