Ciklum is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to join a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. You will drive the architecture for a client human-agent collaboration platform, defining how humans interact with agentic AI in high-stakes financial workflows.
What You'll Do
- Build React components for human-agent interaction workflows
- Implement real-time UI updates for streaming agent outputs
- Develop backend APIs that support interrupt-and-resume workflow patterns
- Create UI components that display agent reasoning and allow human feedback
- Build state management logic for complex, multi-step workflows
- Implement audit logging that captures human actions with full context
- Integrate frontend with Temporal-based workflow engines
- Use AI-native development practices to rapidly build and iterate on UI components
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience building production web applications
- Strong AI-native development practices (mandatory)
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript
- Backend experience with Go, Python, or Node.js
- Understanding of UX principles for complex workflows
- Interest in human-AI interaction design
Nice to Have
- Experience with at least 2 of the following: Real-time applications (WebSockets, Server-Sent Events), Complex state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar), RESTful or GraphQL API development, Component libraries and design systems, Form-heavy, data-intensive applications
