Anavah Talent is hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to build a new SaaS platform from the ground up. You will be a core contributor on a zero-to-one green-field project, collaborating closely with the Co-Founders to ship high-traction software.
What You'll Do
- Build new backend services and APIs using C# and .NET.
- Design and architect scalable system components, data models, and API contracts.
- Setup and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Build cloud-first infrastructure with containerization and orchestration.
- Optimize backend systems for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Build feature-rich, responsive web interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Integrate frontend and backend systems end-to-end.
- Translate user needs into practical solutions using a product-first mindset.
- Act like an owner, building a quality system from the ground-up.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical scoping.
- Surface issues early and loudly, propose solutions, and help improve the final product.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3+ years of experience in software development/engineering.
- Strong backend development experience (C# and .NET preferred or Java).
- Working knowledge of frontend development in React and TypeScript.
- Experience building and maintaining production web applications.
- Solid understanding of modern web architecture (APIs, state management, component design).
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, evolving startup environments.
- Bachelor Degree or higher in a technical field such as engineering (summa, magna or cum laude and/or Academic Scholar from a reputable college preferred).
Nice to Have
- Computer Science, Software Engineering (degree or equivalent experience).
- Experience in SaaS, startups, or product-led engineering teams.
- Portfolio demonstrating shipped front-end and back-end features.
- Familiarity with cloud services, CI/CD, or testing frameworks.
- Completed advanced coursework in algorithms, systems, or software architecture.
