Spatial Front, Inc. is looking for a Full Stack Developer to design and develop end-to-end web applications that support Federal Government modernization programs. In this critical role, you will deliver mission-critical capabilities directly to our Federal Government customers.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop full-stack web applications using modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular and backend technologies such as Java, Python, and Node.js.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support application functionality.
- Design and implement database schemas and data access layers.
- Collaborate with UX designers, architects, and DevOps engineers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Conduct unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure application quality.
- Implement security best practices, including input validation, authentication, and authorization.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of software development experience, with at least 1 year specifically in full-stack development.
- Demonstrated expertise in frontend frameworks (React, Angular), backend development, databases, APIs, and cloud development.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must possess an active Secret security clearance or be able to obtain one.
Nice to Have
- AWS Certified Developer or an equivalent full-stack/cloud certification.
- Experience developing full-stack applications for DoD or federal agency programs.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with the U.S. Web Design System (USWDS) and Section 508 compliance.
