CI&T is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our collaborative, transformative, and multicultural environment. You will work on an innovative project developing Java/Springboot backends for an iOS (iPad) application and both backend and frontend for a web portal using React/Next.Js. Your contributions will focus on building new features, APIs, and caching mechanisms within secure, resilient, and scalable cloud environments.
What You'll Do
- Develop backend services with Java/Springboot for an iPad app and web portal.
- Build frontend interfaces for a web portal using React/Next.Js.
- Integrate with secure, resilient, and scalable cloud environments.
- Construct BFF/microservices architectures for execution on Kubernetes (EKS).
- Assist in building CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure and traceable releases.
- Ensure complete observability through logs, metrics, and alerts.
- Communicate technical implementations clearly and collaboratively with the team.
- Assist in daily technical decisions by proposing improvements and scalable solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Java/Springboot Developer.
- Hands-on experience with React/Next.Js development.
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud services, particularly Lambdas, SQS, and EKS.
- Mature, collaborative, and quality-oriented technical proficiency.
- Strong communication skills.
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational reliability.
- Knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases.
Nice to Have
- Experience with caching solutions like Redis.
- Background in corporate and governed environments.
- Experience with API-oriented and microservices architectures.
- Experience working on solutions that utilize Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience in interpersonal communication with client technical leadership.
- Knowledge of advanced data security practices.
