Kohl's is hiring a Full-Stack AI Systems Engineer to join our Technology, Information and Media department. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and integrating AI-driven systems that enhance our retail and e-commerce platforms.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications with integrated AI/ML capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Develop and maintain robust APIs and services to support AI model inference and data pipelines
- Implement end-to-end system architecture, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production AI systems for reliability and efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience building and deploying full-stack web applications
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend and backend frameworks
- Hands-on experience integrating and operationalizing AI/ML models in production systems
- Expertise in cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, data structures, and system design
