Outreach is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to build robust, scalable systems that power our sales engagement platform. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality features across the entire application stack.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features and services
- Build scalable, reliable, and performant software solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product requirements
- Lead technical design discussions and advocate for engineering best practices
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in both frontend and backend development
- Proven experience building and shipping complex web applications
- Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
