LEAN BAKERY is hiring an intermediate-level Frontend UI Developer to create visually appealing and user-friendly web applications using ReactJS and Progressive Web App (PWA) technologies. You will translate designs into functional interfaces, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on web3-related projects and our own venture, Bowline.
What You'll Do
- Translate design mockups into fully functional user interfaces using ReactJS.
- Build interactive components, manage state, and handle data flow within the application.
- Optimize UI for performance and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices to ensure scalability.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS, with a deep understanding of component architecture and patterns like Redux.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience building and optimizing large-scale Single Page Applications (SPAs).
- Ability to create visually appealing user interfaces with a strong focus on UX.
- Proficient in development tools, command line, Git for version control, and have an automation mindset.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A proven track record with modern web development tools and processes.
- Commitment to software engineering best practices, including writing tests and specs.
- Passion for the web and staying updated with the latest trends.
