Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of frontend systems in a high-performance environment
- Collaborate with product and design teams to define user-centric features
- Establish coding standards, testing practices, and frontend architecture patterns
- Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain code quality
- Drive frontend performance optimization and accessibility improvements
- Work closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and real-time data flows
- Evaluate and adopt modern JavaScript frameworks and tooling
- Ensure consistent user experience across multiple device types
- Participate in sprint planning, technical estimation, and roadmap development
- Troubleshoot complex frontend issues in production environments
- Promote reusable component libraries and design system adoption
- Lead efforts in internationalization and localization support
- Improve CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployments
- Stay current with browser technologies and security best practices
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing

- Experience with AI or NLP-based applications
