DZ PRIVATBANK is looking for a Frontend Systems Intern (Werkstudent) to join our IT department. You will support the Production IT team in their daily operations, gaining hands-on experience in a professional banking environment.
What You'll Do
- Support colleagues in the Production IT department with daily tasks
- Install, issue, and provide user support for hardware
- Process tickets related to frontend systems
- Manage central user permissions and access rights
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled student in an IT-related degree program
- High affinity for IT and technology
- Proficient use of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Careful, thorough, and independent way of working
- Flexibility and a strong service and customer orientation
- Very good command of both German and English
- High level of commitment and strong team spirit
