NAVEX is looking for a Web Developer Manager to join our team in India. You will be responsible for the full-stack development and maintenance of navex.com, ensuring it delivers a fast, scalable, and modern experience for both site editors and visitors. Your work will directly support NAVEX’s mission of helping organizations operate with integrity and protect their people.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain the front-end and back-end of navex.com, ensuring a seamless user experience
Write and maintain clean, reusable code across the stack, adhering to industry standards
Maintain documentation for all development activities
Collaborate with team members to estimate project efforts, identify bottlenecks, and propose scalable solutions
Perform regular code reviews with other members of the development team
Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure consistent, modern, and accurate content presentation
Develop and maintain the Sanity CMS editor to allow content editors to manage site content
Ensure the website is optimized for performance and SEO
Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise and resolve cross-functional issues across the stack
Establish, with the help of the team, best practices for code quality and testing

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in full-stack development
Experience with headless architecture development
Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React, and GitHub
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
Experience with multi-lingual sites
Experience with API development
Experience with git and continuous integration workflow
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across the stack
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
