NAVEX is looking for a Web Developer Manager to join our team in India. You will be responsible for the full-stack development and maintenance of navex.com, ensuring it delivers a fast, scalable, and modern experience for both site editors and visitors. Your work will directly support NAVEX’s mission of helping organizations operate with integrity and protect their people.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain the front-end and back-end of navex.com, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Write and maintain clean, reusable code across the stack, adhering to industry standards
- Maintain documentation for all development activities
- Collaborate with team members to estimate project efforts, identify bottlenecks, and propose scalable solutions
- Perform regular code reviews with other members of the development team
- Work closely with the content and design teams to ensure consistent, modern, and accurate content presentation
- Develop and maintain the Sanity CMS editor to allow content editors to manage site content
- Ensure the website is optimized for performance and SEO
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise and resolve cross-functional issues across the stack
- Establish, with the help of the team, best practices for code quality and testing
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Experience with headless architecture development
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React, and GitHub
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Experience with multi-lingual sites
- Experience with API development
- Experience with git and continuous integration workflow
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across the stack
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
