Agrigistics is hiring an Intermediate to Senior Frontend Software Engineer to be a key architect of our user experience. You will take ownership of what we build and how we build it, driving complex features from concept to deployment.
What You'll Do
- Implement designs and develop the core components of the Agrigistics platform.
- Drive complex features from concept to deployment, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and loved by clients.
- Use and advocate for the best tools for the job, including AI assistants, to improve development speed and code quality.
- Work closely with a tight-knit team and help guide the technical direction of the product.
- Take initiative, make key technical decisions, and contribute to a codebase you can be proud of.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience building complex web applications.
- Proven ability to handle complexity and ship features independently.
- Deep AI Integration: AI is a core part of how you think, code, and solve problems.
- Ability to articulate how AI helps accelerate development, improve code quality, and tackle complex challenges.
- Deep sense of ownership and a 'figure-it-out' mentality.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity to deliver results.
- Love for problem-solving and translating complex requirements into clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Collaborative spirit, thriving in a small team and articulating technical decisions clearly.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Angular or Vue.
