Azumo is hiring a Frontend Engineer to develop web and mobile front-ends and analytics solutions. You will join a team focused on building SaaS, big data, and ML/AI projects, where autonomy and delivering high-quality, well-factored code are paramount.
What You'll Do
- Enhance and maintain the existing JavaScript code-base.
- Architect applications and collaborate with the team to integrate with 3rd party APIs and services.
- Design the overall application framework, including component hierarchy, authentication, and error handling.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS and front-end coding skills.
- 5+ years of experience in React (Redux), Angular and/or Vue.
- Self-driven and motivated, with a strong work ethic and a passion for problem solving.
- Must be based in Latin America.
Nice to Have
- Experience with backend development (Node.js / Express).
- Prior experience with building RESTful web services.
- Experience writing SQL and using NoSQL databases.
- Experience with automated testing (TDD, mocking, unit/functional/integration).
