AlexStaff Agency is hiring a Frontend Developer (React) to join an international travel tech scale-up. You will strengthen the core product team, working on the booking app and internal admin portal within a cross-functional squad.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of new feature development and delivery.
- Collaborate on architecture decisions and mentor less experienced teammates.
- Develop new business features and internal tools.
- Maintain and improve the existing codebase.
- Contribute to the company’s design system and custom UI Kit.
- Participate in design handover sessions and code reviews.
- Work closely with a distributed, English-speaking development team.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of web development experience.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with React, including recent experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, React Query, Zustand, and modern web technologies.
- Experience with coding assistants.
- Expertise in modern front-end design patterns and best practices.
- Strong self-management and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering great UX and improving frontend architecture.
- English level: B2+.

You'll join a 90-person scale-up and work within a cross-functional IT squad including developers, QA, system analysts, and a Product Owner.
