WinTech is looking for a Mid-Level Frontend Developer to build performant, scalable, and user-friendly web applications using React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js. You'll be part of a cross-functional team focused on delivering results in a consistent, sustainable way.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain features across multiple web applications using React.js, Next.js, and TypeScript.
- Create reusable UI components and design systems aligned with modern web standards and responsive design best practices.
- Implement and maintain effective state management for complex frontend workflows.
- Optimize components and pages for speed and scalability, including code splitting and lazy loading.
- Manage dependencies and custom shared packages using NPM and modern tooling.
- Work closely with Backend Developers, QA, and Product Managers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests for frontend components using modern tools.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain quality and consistency across the codebase.
- Maintain documentation for features, components, and development guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Frontend Development.
- Proven hands-on experience in React and TypeScript.
- Deep knowledge of React.js and its ecosystem, including hooks and functional components.
- Experience building web apps using Next.js and routing.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Familiarity with modern frontend tooling.
- Understanding of modern UX practices and accessibility standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Comfortable working in a remote, async environment with a distributed team.
Nice to Have
- Previous involvement in the development and maintenance of billing systems.
- Contributions to open-source projects or NPM packages.
- Experience using NoSQL databases.
