Robusta Technology Group (RTG) is looking for a Senior React Developer to join our engineering team for a 5-month contract position. You will strengthen our frontend capabilities, contribute to large-scale projects, and ensure high-quality delivery.
What You'll Do
- Develop, maintain, and enhance React.js applications with clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and backend, to deliver high-quality features.
- Ensure applications meet performance benchmarks, accessibility standards (WCAG), and responsive design requirements.
- Conduct and participate in code reviews to uphold coding standards and share knowledge.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to less experienced team members.
- Contribute to shared libraries, design systems, and internal frontend tooling.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and propose improvements to workflows, architecture, and tooling.
What We're Looking For
- 4–5 years of professional frontend development experience.
- At least 3+ years working extensively with React.js.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
- Solid understanding of React hooks, component design, and state management.
- Experience with Redux Toolkit, React Query, or similar state management/data fetching tools.
- Familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress/Playwright).
- Familiarity with modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Nx).
- Strong knowledge of responsive design.
- Strong knowledge of accessibility (WCAG).
- Strong knowledge of web security principles.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent English proficiency.

- Experience with PWAs.
- Experience with Firebase/Firestore.
- Experience with Liferay.
- Experience with SSR/Next.js.
- Experience with i18n.
