CI&T is looking for a Frontend Developer to build web portals using React/Next.js in secure, resilient, and scalable cloud environments. In this role, you will contribute to an innovative project within a collaborative, transformative, and multicultural setting, acting as a technical reference and influencing key technical decisions.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a technical reference in development with React/Next.js.
- Influence day-to-day technical decisions, proposing scalable improvements and solutions.
- Integrate with secure, resilient, and scalable cloud environments.
- Build architectures for deployment on Kubernetes (EKS).
- Assist in building CI/CD pipelines to ensure safe and traceable releases.
- Ensure complete observability (logs, metrics, alerts).
- Communicate technical implementations clearly and collaboratively with the team.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Developer with React/Next.js.
- Mature, collaborative, and quality-oriented technical skills.
- Strong communication skills.

- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases.
Nice to Have
- Experience in development with Java/Springboot.
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud (Lambdas, SQS, EKS).
- Experience with caching solutions (Redis and similar).
- Experience in corporate and governed environments.
- Work with API-oriented architectures and microservices.
- Experience with solutions that use Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience in interpersonal communication with clients' technical leadership.
- Knowledge of advanced data security practices.
