Tietoevry is hiring a Senior Frontend Developer to play a central role in developing UI and enhancing user experience. You will join the market-leading HR & Payroll product unit within Tieto Indtech, focusing on transforming modern digital products for the public sector in Sweden.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with development teams, the UX function, and product owners.
- Develop frontend solutions with a focus on interaction design and user experience.
- Take significant responsibility in transforming products towards a stronger user experience.
- Contribute to further developing and maintaining the design system.
- Drive improvements in frontend architecture, working methods, and product development.
- Actively contribute to developing how software is built, both technically and methodologically.
- Explore and implement new working methods and tools that strengthen quality, delivery capability, and development pace.
- Spread and strengthen competence and understanding within frontend development.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience combined with several years of professional software development experience.
- Strong self-leadership and ability to take significant responsibility.
- Experience with complex product development for B2B and/or the public sector.
- Experience working in close collaboration with product and UX teams.
- Experience working with design systems.
- Experience driving technical improvement and transformation within frontend.
- Solid experience with modern frontend development, preferably with Angular.
- Good understanding of architecture, secure development, and quality in system development.
- Experience with the transformation of legacy products.
- Fluent language skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written.

You will be part of Tieto Indtech, specifically the HR & Payroll product unit. You'll work with two development teams and collaborate closely with the UX function and product owners.
