Front Office Agent

As a Front Office Agent, you play a key role in shaping the guest journey. You’ll manage check-in and check-out procedures with efficiency and warmth, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued from arrival to departure.

Your responsibilities include coordinating reservations across phone, email, and in-person channels, accurately recording guest preferences and special requests. You’ll handle payments with attention to detail and maintain clear transaction records in line with hotel standards.

You’ll serve as a primary point of contact, offering guests information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and events. When concerns arise, you’ll listen attentively, respond with empathy, and take initiative to resolve issues promptly, contributing to a positive and memorable stay.

Collaboration is essential—you’ll communicate regularly with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to support guest needs and uphold service excellence. You’ll also maintain a tidy, well-stocked front desk area and report any safety or maintenance concerns without delay.
