What You'll Do

Process payments with accuracy and discretion, maintaining compliance with financial policies. Respond to guest concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly to uphold service standards. Maintain a tidy, well-stocked front desk area that reflects the hotel’s professional image. Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to support guest needs and operational efficiency. Report safety or maintenance concerns quickly to ensure a secure environment.
