Dynatrace is looking for a Front-End Engineer to help build elegant, high-performance UI components using React within a modern, cloud-native environment. You will be part of a new front-end team shaping architecture from the ground up and delivering visible product impact.
What You'll Do
- Build elegant, high-performance UI components in React in a modern, cloud-native environment.
- Work within advanced frontend architecture, including micro frontends and microservices.
- Help drive the product’s visual and interaction design, collaborating with designers, backend engineers, and product managers.
- Be part of the whole implementation process, from talks with Product Managers and Architects through design, coding and release preparation.
- Work with highly skilled engineers utilizing collaborative practices such as pair programming to build software end-to-end.
What We're Looking For
- Solid 6+ years of experience building and architecting complex, responsive and adaptive web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
- Proven track record of leading technical initiatives, driving architectural decisions, and mentoring engineering teams.
- Expertise in software design patterns, clean code principles, and test-driven development.
- Strong ownership mentality with a strategic mindset and proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- A passion for UX/design and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric solutions.

- Compensation: Minimum €74,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). Higher salary offered in line with qualification and experience. + equity: Stock purchase options.
